We created
the copy and look and feel for this 300-page
human resources toolkit for AT&T Broadband.
It's a comprehensive manual for downsizing
and ramping up. We applied best practices
and worked with 35 stakeholders to develop
processes for consolidating more than 200
call centers into four regional centers.
A six-month project, the completed toolkit
is available in print and on the company's
intranet.
